  • 60 g dark chocolate without sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil (for a smooth texture of the glaze)
  • 1 handful roasted hazelnuts (for decoration)

Method

    Pour cold water over the dates and leave for 15 minutes. Then remove the pits.

    Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder until it becomes flour.

    Grind the hazelnuts in a coffee grinder as well.

    Beat the soaked dates in a blender until smooth.

    Add cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of water to the date mixture. Mix well.
