  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 sticker chorizo, roughly chopped
  • 4 strips bacon, roughly chopped
  • frozen fries
  • salt
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • chives

Method

14 steps
  1. Make the sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of sriracha in a bowl. Place in the fridge until needed.
  2. Roughly chop one sticker chorizo.
  3. Roughly chop four strips of bacon.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat with some oil.
  5. Fry the onions until they begin to soften.
  6. Add the chorizo to the pan and fry until crispy.
  7. Add the bacon and fry until crispy and the onions are browned.
  8. Deep-fry the fries at 350°F (170°C) until crispy.
  9. Season the fries with salt.
  10. Place the hot fries on the pan with the cooked onion, chorizo, and bacon.
  11. Spread the cooked onion, chorizo, and bacon over the fries.
  12. Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
  13. Place the pan under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  14. Top with the prepared sauce and chopped chives.
