Ingredients

  • 200g bread flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 170g 0% non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • everything bagel seasoning
  • coconut oil for kneading surface

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a quarter sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk together bread flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt until dough forms.
  4. Oil counter surface lightly with coconut oil.
  5. Knead dough gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Divide dough into four equal pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a cylinder and connect ends to form bagels.
  8. Place bagels on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Whisk egg and brush over bagels.
  10. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
  11. Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Cool completely before cutting.
