Ingredients
- 1 yolk egg
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g cornstarch
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g cream cheese
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 120 ml cream (33-35%)
- 100 g butter
- 180 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g cocoa powder ((1 tbsp))
- 1 whole egg
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 - 1 tsp red food color
- pinch salt
- 60-80 g white chocolate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, milk, cornstarch, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla sugar, and cream.
- In another bowl, mix together the butter, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, whole egg, vanilla sugar, baking powder, red food color, and salt.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until well incorporated.
- Fill tartlet shells with the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
- Once baked, top with white chocolate as desired.
