9 ingredients- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (2.25 oz) can black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Method
11 steps- Cook the ground beef in a large frying pan over medium heat until completely browned.
- Drain away the excess fat and leave the beef to cool to room temperature.
- Spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch serving dish.
- Sprinkle 2 cups of the shredded cheese over the beans.
- Spread the cooled ground beef evenly over the cheese.
- Carefully spread the sour cream over the beef.
- Spread the guacamole over the sour cream.
- Spoon the salsa evenly over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese over the salsa.
- Finish with the chopped black olives, tomatoes and green onions.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or cover and refrigerate until needed.
