Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, adjust to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Few mint leaves to garnish (Optional)
  • 3 cups crushed ice or ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend mangoes, milk, yogurt, and about half the sugar until smooth.
  2. Add cardamom powder and ice, then blend again until slushy.
  3. Adjust sugar if needed and blend once more.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
