Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar, adjust to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Few mint leaves to garnish (Optional)
- 3 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
Method
- Blend mangoes, milk, yogurt, and about half the sugar until smooth.
- Add cardamom powder and ice, then blend again until slushy.
- Adjust sugar if needed and blend once more.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
