15-Minute Creamy Bacon Spaghetti
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 100 g sliced bacon
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g Gouda cheese (grated)

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, cooking until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in the grated Gouda cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine.
