Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 50 g carrot
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup peas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 190 g chicken
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp wine
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp dark soy sauce

Method

  1. 1

    Mince garlic and chop green onion.

    Dice carrot and prepare peas and eggs.

  3. 3

    Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, white pepper, and oil.

    Heat oil in pan and stir-fry eggs until cooked, then set aside.

    Stir-fry marinated chicken until cooked through.

    Add garlic, carrots, and peas to the pan and stir-fry.

    Add cooked rice and stir-fry with vegetables and chicken.

    Add green onions, salt, dark soy sauce, and cooked eggs.

    Mix well and cook until heated through.
