Ingredients
- 100 g (4 oz) of bacon
- 1 shallot
- 500 ml (2 cups) of pulp or puree of tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli
- 250 g (9 oz) of pasta
- Pecorino Romano cheese
- Parsley
- Olive oil
Method

Cook the bacon until golden brown.

Add shallot and brown for a few minutes.

Add tomato pulp or puree.

Season with salt, pepper, and chilli.

Cook and withdraw for 10 minutes over low heat.

Add pasta and cook until done.

Turn off the fire and add Pecorino Romano cheese and parsley.

Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
