Camafeu Lotus

Ingredients
- 80 g Lotus cookies
- 50 g salty cookies
- 150 g crushed walnuts
- 150 g Spekulatius cream
- 250 g white chocolate
- powdered coloring for chocolate
- colored fondant for decoration
Method

Crush the Lotus cookies and the salty cookies.

Mix the crushed cookies with the walnuts.

Gradually add the Spekulatius cream and mix well until the desired texture is achieved.

Melt the white chocolate and mix with powdered coloring to color.

Brush a layer of chocolate in the silicone molds and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Brush a second layer of chocolate and refrigerate for another 5 minutes.

Fill the molds with the prepared filling and press well.

Cover with more chocolate to seal and refrigerate until completely crystallized.

Unmold the sweets and decorate with mini roses of colored fondant using chocolate to fix.
