Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of sugar
- 80 g of wheat flour
- 30 g of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 30 g of melted butter
- 400 g of milk chocolate
- 250 g of fresh or UHT cream
- 80 g of butter
- 350 g of melted and tempered white chocolate
- Fat-soluble dye for chocolate
- 150 g of white chocolate
- Pearlescent powder
- Optional gold powder

Prepare the chocolate batter by mixing eggs, salt, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and melted butter.

Bake the batter as instructed until ready.

Make the milk chocolate ganache by heating cream and mixing with milk chocolate and butter until smooth.

Melt and temper the white chocolate for the shell.

Use fat-soluble dye to color the white chocolate as desired.

Mold the chocolate shell in a silicone heart shape and let it harden.

Assemble the fine dessert by filling with ganache and closing with the chocolate shell.

Decorate with melted white chocolate in a silicone flower mold and apply pearlescent and gold powder if desired.
