Ingredients
- 17.6 oz Cauliflower (500 g)
- 5 Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 - 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3.5 oz Cheese (100 g)
- Olive oil
Method

Add cauliflower to boiling water and salt.

After boiling, cook for 5 minutes and drain the water.

Mix eggs with salt and black pepper until smooth.

Add mayonnaise to the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 20 - 25 minutes.
