Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 130 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g cheese
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • olive oil

Method

    Bring salted water to a boil and cook cauliflower for 10-12 minutes.

    Cool the cauliflower and puree it.

    Boil potatoes with salt until tender.
