Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 130 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g cheese
- 80 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- olive oil
Method
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook cauliflower for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the cauliflower and puree it.
- Boil potatoes with salt until tender.
- Puree the potatoes and add some broth.
- Mix cauliflower puree, potatoes, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, butter, and milk.
- Form cauliflower schnitzels from the mixture.
- Bake schnitzels in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
