  • 80 ml milk
  • 20 g condensed milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 350 g biscuits, crushed
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 100 ml milk
  • 90 g condensed milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 5 g white food coloring
  • 5 g pink food coloring
  • 10 g vegetable oil
  • round candies for nose
  • 5 g cocoa butter
  • black and white food coloring

Method

18 steps
  1. Heat 80 ml milk, 20 g condensed milk, and 20 g butter over medium heat.
  2. Crush 350 g biscuits.
  3. Sift 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
  4. Cook 50 g coconut flakes, 100 ml milk, 90 g condensed milk, and 40 g butter on low heat until smooth.
  5. Simmer filling for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add milk mixture to biscuit crumbs in 2-3 batches and mix.
  7. Add coconut filling and mix well.
  8. Form mixture into balls.
  9. Make ears from chocolate or biscuits.
  10. Insert ears into the pig heads.
  11. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  12. Melt 300 g white chocolate.
  13. Mix in 5 g white and 5 g pink food coloring.
  14. Add 10 g vegetable oil and mix well.
  15. Dip cakes in chocolate.
  16. Use round candies as noses.
  17. Melt 5 g cocoa butter and add black and white food coloring.
  18. Draw pig faces on the desserts.
