Ingredients
- 70 ml milk (any kind)
- 3 tbsp stevia (or any 1:1 sugar substitute)
- 100 g coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g fine coconut flakes
- 150 g sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for chocolate coating)
- extra coconut flakes (for garnish)
- melted chocolate (for stripes)
Method
- In a small saucepan, heat milk, stevia, and 100 g of coconut oil until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, add a pinch of salt and 150 g of coconut flakes. Stir quickly until thick and uniform.
- Transfer the mixture to a silicone mold and press firmly with a spoon or fingers. Place in the freezer for 40 minutes.
- Melt 150 g of sugar-free dark chocolate and 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth.
- Remove the frozen bars from the mold and cut if needed. Dip each bar in chocolate, then place on parchment.
- Drizzle thin chocolate stripes with a fork and sprinkle a little coconut flakes. Chill in the refrigerator for another 10–15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy your healthy coconut bars!
