Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Pork (or chicken)
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp 5 Spice
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 tbsp MSG (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Wonton Wraps
  • Chili Oil
  • Napa Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Water

Method

  1. 1

    Add pork, corn starch, garlic, sesame oil, chicken powder, 5 spice, msg, green onion, and water to a bowl.

    Layer pork, cabbage, wonton wrap, and chili oil in a 10-12 oz soufflé cup. Repeat for 3 layers.

    Add water on top layer.

  4. 4

    Do not add chili oil to the top layer until it is cooked.

  5. 5

    Place the soufflé cup in a pot with an inch of water, on medium-high heat.

  6. 6

    Bring the water to a boil with the soufflé cup inside and cover.

  7. 7

    Cook for 15-20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add chili oil on top layer after cooking.
