- 5 bananas
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 500 g cookies
- 230 g walnuts
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 400 g butter
- 600 ml milk
- 8 g agar-agar
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 21 cm diameter mold
Method

Divide half the cookies and set aside.

Place cookies in a 21 cm mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Boil milk with agar-agar and 30 g powdered sugar, then let cool slightly.

Peel and slice bananas, add juice of half a lemon, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Spread remaining cookies and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Mix 150 g melted butter with 120 g powdered sugar and cottage cheese.

Add cocoa powder and Nutella to the mixture.

Melt dark chocolate and let cool slightly.

Layer ingredients in mold, decorate with chopped walnuts.

Refrigerate dessert for 30 minutes before serving.
