- ½ cup (118 ml) milk
- ¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp (4-8 g) chia seeds
- ½ cup (75 g) strawberries
- ½ medium ripened banana (50-60 g)
- ¾ cup (180 g) sliced peaches
- ½ cup (75 g) blueberries
- ½ tsp (1 g) lemon zest
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) almond extract
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) cocoa powder
- ½ scoop (15-20 g) vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp (8 g) chia seeds
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- ⅓ cup (79 ml) hot water
- 3 tbsp (44 ml) milk
- Sliced almonds, dark chocolate shavings, orange zest, crushed pecans, shredded carrot, chopped walnuts, coconut flakes, ground cinnamon, pumpkin spice, mini mint chocolate chips, toasted coconut flakes
