Ingredients
- 200 g ground chicken
- 7 eggs
- dill
- olive oil
- butter
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 potatoes
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta
- spinach
- olive oil
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
Method
- First, boil the potatoes.
- Sauté the ground chicken with onion, carrot, bell pepper, garlic, and spices.
- Hollow out the cooked potatoes and fill them with the meat mixture.
- Bake the stuffed potatoes in the oven.
- For the salad, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and feta and mix with spinach.
- Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and mustard.
