  • 100 ml warm water
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 egg (white for dough, yolk for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dry baker's yeast

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch garlic powder
  • pinch smoked paprika (optional)
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • flour and cornstarch for coating
  • oil for frying

Method

    Prepare the dough by mixing warm milk, water, oil, egg white, sugar, yeast, salt, and flour.

    Knead the dough and let it rise.

    Shape the dough into sandwich buns and brush with egg yolk.

    Bake the buns until golden and soft.

    Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili, sriracha, ketchup, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make the dynamite sauce.
