- 100 g oats
- 1 lemon, zest
- 40 g almonds
- 30 g yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 g coconut oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 lemons
- 1 lemon juice
- 20 g corn starch
- 20 g honey
- 1 egg white
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 7 g coconut flakes
- 10 g corn starch
- 20 g honey
- 50 g oats
- 40 g coconut flakes
- 40 g walnuts
Method
- For the oat base: Mix all ingredients for the oat base well and put them in a baking pan.
- For the lemon caramel layer: Mix lemon juice, corn starch, and honey and bring to a boil.
- For the quark cream: Combine all ingredients for the quark cream and add to the oat base.
- Mix the crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the quark cream.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
