- 40 g almonds
- 20 g butter or coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 piece egg
- 300 g ricotta
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 10 g shredded coconut
- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- to taste stevia
- 40 g oats (for topping)
- 40 g walnuts (for topping)
- 10 g shredded coconut (for topping)
- 20 g butter or coconut oil (for topping)
Method

Mix all ingredients for the oat dough.

Press the dough into a springform pan.

Mix the cheese filling and pour it over the dough.

Prepare the blueberry filling and distribute it over the cheese filling.

Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle them over the filling.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
