- 500g minced meat
- 2 eggs
- parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 60g tomato sauce
- 4-5 potatoes
- rosemary
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cabbage head
- 80g cheese
- spring onions
- 60g mayonnaise
- salt and spices to taste
- vegetable oil and butter
Method

Mix minced meat, eggs, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and spices.

Form small meatballs.

Sauté onion in oil until golden brown.

Stir tomato sauce with spices and paprika into a sauce.

Make small indentations in the meatballs and brush with sauce.

Add potatoes, carrot, pepper, cabbage, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread boiled egg, cheese, spring onions, and mayonnaise on top.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
