  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • 180 g condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 1 lemon
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 150 ml heavy cream

Method

    Squeeze the juice of 4 lemons.

    Mix condensed milk, egg yolks, and cornstarch in a pot.

    Heat while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

    Let the mixture cool.

    Add the juice of 1 lemon and 30 ml lemon juice.

    Whip the heavy cream until stiff.

    Fold the whipped cream gradually into the lemon mixture.

    Fill the mixture into waffle cones or containers.

    Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
