- 10 g caramel syrup
- 15 g instant coffee
- 50 ml hot water
- 30 g ice
- 100 ml milk
- 500 ml orange juice
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g starch
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add oil and milk, stir well.

Combine flour, baking powder, and lemon peel; add to wet mixture.

Add lemon juice and mix gently.

Pour batter into 40x30 cm baking tray.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Prepare cream by whipping cream with powdered sugar and 100 ml orange juice.

Dissolve instant coffee in hot water.

Mix caramel syrup with coffee mixture.

Prepare orange jelly by mixing orange juice, sugar, and starch; heat until thickened.

Add ice and milk to coffee mixture and stir.

Assemble dessert by layering cake, cream, and coffee mixture.
