- 300 g Chicken thigh
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp Garlic
- 0.5 tsp Ginger
- 0.25 tsp Toban Djan
- 1 piece Egg (50-55g without the shell)
- 1.5 tbsp All purpose flour (20g)
- some Corn starch / flour
- some Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
Method

Marinate chicken thighs with salt, sugar, soy sauce, sake, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, toban djan, and black pepper for at least 1 minute.

Add egg and mix well.

Coat the chicken with all purpose flour and corn starch.

Heat neutral oil in a pan over medium heat.

Slide the meat into the oil, shaking the pan occasionally to prevent sticking.
