  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 ml water

  • 320 g mushrooms

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 600 ml water

Method

    Cut off the top of the cabbage.

    Pour 300 ml milk into a pot.

    Add 500 ml water, cover the pot, and cook the cabbage for 20 minutes.

    Cut 2 onions into pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions.

    Add 320 g mushrooms and fry for 10-12 minutes with salt and soy sauce, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in 3 tablespoons tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Add 1 cup rice, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, and 600 ml water.

    Mix well and cook covered over medium heat for 45 minutes.

    Take some cabbage leaves, remove the tough parts.

    Place the cooked rice on the cabbage leaves.

    Pour the mushroom-rice mixture over it.
