- 500 grams boneless chicken
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1-2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup oil or as required
- 1 cup white part of spring onion
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 eggs
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chili flakes or to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup capsicum
- 1 cup cabbage
- 500-600 grams boiled basmati rice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce or dark soy sauce
- 3/4 cup green part of spring onion
Method

Marinate the boneless chicken with black pepper powder, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and crushed garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.

In the same pan, add white part of spring onion, chopped garlic, and stir-fry.
