  • 500 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup oil or as required
  • 1 cup white part of spring onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes or to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 500-600 grams boiled basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce or dark soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup green part of spring onion

Method

  1. 1

    Marinate the boneless chicken with black pepper powder, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and crushed garlic.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.

    In the same pan, add white part of spring onion, chopped garlic, and stir-fry.

    Add eggs to the pan and scramble them.

    Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage to the pan and cook until softened.

    Stir in the boiled basmati rice and mix well.

    Add vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mix everything together.

    Finally, garnish with the green part of spring onion and chili flakes.
