- 2 cups milk (for filling)

- 1.5 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- to taste sweetener (optional)
- 2 tbsp water (for cherry layer)
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch (for cherry layer)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- to taste sugar-free chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk (for glaze)
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the quick-cooking oats, salt, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and walnuts.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, vanillin, salt, sweetener, water, cornstarch, and milk to make the creamy filling.
- Layer the oat mixture in a dish to create a base, then pour the egg mixture over it.
- Prepare the cherry layer by heating the cherries with sweetener, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan until thickened.
- Pour the cherry mixture over the filling in the dish.
- In a small bowl, melt coconut oil and mix it with sugar-free chocolate and a little milk to create a glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the cherry layer and refrigerate until set.
