- 1 cup + 2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta (300 g)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Vanilla (to taste)
- ¾ bar sugar-free dark chocolate (75 g)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (15 ml)
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Method

Toast the oats and immediately transfer to a bowl.

Mix oats with cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and chopped almonds.

Slice bananas and layer them over the oat base.

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture to fill gaps, then add remaining cream.
