  • 3 cups quick oats (300 g)
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder (40 g)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds (30 g)
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tsp honey or sweetener
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta (300 g)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Vanilla (to taste)
  • ¾ bar sugar-free dark chocolate (75 g)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (15 ml)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Method

9 steps
  1. Toast the oats and immediately transfer to a bowl.
  2. Mix oats with cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and chopped almonds.
  3. Slice bananas and layer them over the oat base.
  4. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture to fill gaps, then add remaining cream.
  5. Use cold cream cheese mixed with bananas, honey, and vanilla for the cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate the cake for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil, keeping temperature below 100°F (38°C).
  8. Pour chocolate glaze over the cake and optionally sprinkle chopped nuts.
  9. Refrigerate the cake for 1–2 hours before slicing.
