Ingredients

  • 2 well-ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) raspberries
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Method

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 360F (180C).
  2. 2Mash the bananas well.
  3. 3Mix the mashed bananas with eggs and unsweetened cocoa.
  4. 4Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  5. 5Fold in raspberries and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. 6Pour the batter into a baking dish.
  7. 7Bake for about 25 minutes until set.
