- 100 ml milk
- 80 g butter (for the dough)

- almond flakes to taste
- 400 g peeled bananas
- 50 g sugar
- 40 g butter (for the cream)
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice
- 600 g soft cheese (e.g. mascarpone or cream cheese)
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 180 g butter (room temperature)
Method
- Prepare a choux pastry by mixing water, milk, butter, flour, salt, and eggs according to the instructions.
- Shape the mixture onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with almond flakes.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
- For the cream, carefully mix peeled bananas, sugar, butter, lemon juice, and soft cheese.
- Let the cake cool and then fill it with the banana cream.
- Dust the filled cake with powdered sugar and serve.
