Ingredients

7 ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 80 ml milk
  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method

9 steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt together in a large bowl until evenly combined and slightly lighter in colour.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and milk, then whisk again until smooth.
  4. Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms. Avoid adding extra flour unless the dough is too sticky to shape.
  6. Divide the dough into 36 portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  7. Arrange the cookies on the prepared trays, leaving space between them, and flatten each one gently.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
  9. Leave them on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Additional tips

  • Contains wheat, gluten, milk and egg. Do not consume the raw dough because it contains uncooked flour and eggs.
