Ingredients
7 ingredients- 2 large eggs
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 80 ml milk
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
9 steps- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt together in a large bowl until evenly combined and slightly lighter in colour.
- Add the vegetable oil and milk, then whisk again until smooth.
- Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms. Avoid adding extra flour unless the dough is too sticky to shape.
- Divide the dough into 36 portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Arrange the cookies on the prepared trays, leaving space between them, and flatten each one gently.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Leave them on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Additional tips
- Contains wheat, gluten, milk and egg. Do not consume the raw dough because it contains uncooked flour and eggs.
