9 ingredients
  • 1½ pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on or off (675g))
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss together until the shrimp is well coated.
