  • 100 g almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 g vegetable oil
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 300–330 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Method

    Toast and chop the almonds.

    Mix eggs, salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.

    Add vegetable oil and cornstarch and stir.

  4. 4

    Gradually add flour and baking powder and knead into a sticky dough.

    Divide the dough into two equal parts.

    Add almonds and turmeric to one part and mix.

    Add cocoa to the second part and mix.

    Divide the doughs into small portions and shape into balls.

    Flatten the chocolate ball, place the nut dough ball in the center, and assemble.

    Place cookies on a baking tray and make incisions.

    Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
