Ingredients
- 900g ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- 5 medium potatoes
- 150g spinach
- 200g mushrooms
- 150g Emmental cheese
- 30g Parmesan cheese
- 30g butter
- 60ml cream
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grain Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic
- Fresh herbs
- Cherry tomatoes
Method
- Preheat oven to suitable temperature.
- Sauté spinach and mushrooms in olive oil until soft.
- Mix ground beef with eggs, chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard, and honey.
- Roll out meat mixture and spread sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and grated Emmental cheese inside.
- Roll meat into a tight log and secure.
- Place meat roll in a baking dish and bake until cooked through.
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Mash potatoes with butter, cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Serve meat roll sliced with Parmesan mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes.
