Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • 1 potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 leek
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 300g ground meat
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 50g spinach
  • 200ml cream
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dried garlic
  • dried basil
  • nutmeg

Method

  1. 1

    Peel and boil potatoes until soft.

    Mash potatoes and mix with eggs and flour.

  3. 3

    Chop leek, onion, carrot, tomato, parsley, garlic, mushrooms, and spinach.

    Cook ground meat with onion and garlic until browned.

    Add vegetables and tomato sauce to meat and cook until tender.

    Mix cream with spices and nutmeg.

    Combine mashed potatoes with cooked meat and vegetable mixture.

    Add mozzarella on top and bake until cheese melts and golden.
