  • 2 lb (900 g) chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
  • ¾ cup (95 g) cornstarch
  • Cooking oil spray, as needed
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce

Method

9 steps
  1. Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine the all-purpose seasoning and cornstarch, then toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly spray the air-fryer drip pan or basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the wings on the air-fryer racks in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Air fry at 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the wings with cooking oil and continue cooking.
  7. After 10 minutes of total cooking, flip the wings, rotate the racks if applicable and spray the wings lightly with oil again.
  8. Cook for approximately 10 more minutes, until crisp and safely cooked through. Check that the internal temperature has reached at least 165°F (74°C).
  9. Rest the wings for a few minutes, then toss them with Buffalo wing sauce and serve.
