Method
- Put 1 cup quick oats in a bowl.
- Add 2/3 cup milk to the bowl.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, mash 2 ripe bananas into the oats.
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.
- Flip pancakes when cooked on one side.
