- 100 g sugar
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 30 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g wheat flour
- 20 g cocoa
- 20 g gelatin
- 60 ml water
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 550 g cream
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 50 g butter
- 800 g bananas
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Beat 3 eggs with salt and 100 g sugar until fluffy.

Add oil and milk, mix well.

Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, add to the mixture and gently combine.

Pour the batter into a 22x22 cm mold.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Soak the gelatin in 60 ml of water.

Beat 2 eggs with 200 g sugar over steam until thickened.

Add cornflour and butter, mix and cool.

Whip the cream and combine with the egg mixture.
