Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 lemons (1 for garnish, 1 zested and juiced)
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup asiago
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 to 1.5 cups heavy cream
- red pepper flakes
Method

Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Season and cook chicken breasts until done, then slice.

Sauté shallot and roasted garlic in butter until fragrant.

Add chicken bouillon powder and white wine; simmer to reduce.

Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, asiago, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce; toss to coat.

Garnish with parsley, lemon slices, and red pepper flakes.

Serve immediately.
