  • 125 g powdered sugar (for the glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam (for the glaze)

Method

    In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, baking powder, and flour to prepare the shortcrust pastry.

    Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a mold.

    Prepare the filling by mixing the apples, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and apricot jam.
