- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3.8 cups flour
- 3 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sautéing garlic)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- salt (to taste)
- basil leaves (for garnish)
- 200 g Cheddar cheese
- Ham
- Pepperoni
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese
Method
- 1
Mix warm water, yeast, honey, salt, and olive oil.

Sift flour into a bowl and add the yeast mixture.

Knead the dough with a spatula.

Shape the dough into a round shape and cover with a kitchen towel.

Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

Wet your hands and fold the dough several times.

Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes.

Stretch and fold the dough again and cover for another 30 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic in olive oil.

Mix in tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, and salt.

Grease a baking dish and place the dough in it.

Stretch the dough to fit the baking dish and cover for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F).

Pour olive oil over the dough and pour the prepared sauce on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, then add cheese and other toppings.
