- 5 potatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 g ricotta
- 100 g cheddar
- olive oil
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- fresh dill
Method

Halve zucchini lengthwise, remove pulp carefully.

Cook potatoes in salted water until soft.

Finely chop mushrooms and onion.

Sauté zucchini cubes, mushrooms, and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat, add minced garlic and ricotta.

Arrange zucchini halves in a greased dish, fill with mixture.

Sprinkle with grated cheddar.

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.

Drain cooked potatoes, mash with butter and milk.
