Ingredients
- 2 inch Ginger, peeled and chopped ((approx 2 tbsp))
- 1 piece Lemon
- 3 cups Water
- to taste Honey (for sweetening)
Method
- Peel and chop the ginger into small pieces.
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add the chopped ginger to the boiling water.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the pot.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Add honey to taste and stir well.
