  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • butter
  • onions
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • parsley
  • 100 g cheese
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and black pepper (for the sauce)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves (for the sauce)
  • dill

Method

  1. 1

    Prepare onions, potatoes, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes, and garlic cloves.

    Finely chop onions and garlic.

  3. 3

    Grate potatoes and carrot.

  4. 4

    Dice bell pepper and tomatoes.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and parsley.

    Fill the mixture into muffin molds.

    Bake in the oven at medium heat until the muffins are golden brown.

    For the sauce: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and dill.
