  • 1 tablespoon soft cheese
  • a little orange
  • a little grapefruit
  • a little cloves
  • black tea

  • Small bowl
  • Teapot or heat-safe jug

Method

  1. Mix flaxseed, chia seeds, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, oregano, and olive oil.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the mixture into crackers in advance.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Dry in the oven at 150°C.
  7. For toast, mash the boiled yolk with avocado, Parmesan, soft cheese, lemon, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  8. Spread on toasted slices of the crackers.

Helpful tips

  • Let the seed mixture rest for the full 15 minutes before spreading.
  • Spread the mixture in an even, thin layer.
  • Dry the crackers thoroughly at the lower temperature for a crisp finish.

Storage

Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container. Keep the avocado topping refrigerated separately.
