- 60 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 10 g gelatin
- 140 g cookies
- 55 g butter
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 ml whipping cream
Method

Crumble cookies and mix with melted butter.

Press cookie mixture into a form and compact as the base.

Soak and dissolve gelatin according to package instructions.

Stir cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste, and sugar.

Whip whipping cream until stiff and fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Stir gelatin into the cream cheese mixture.

Melt white chocolate and fold in.

Fold in cherries or use as a topping.

Pour the mixture onto the cookie base and smooth out.

Chill cake for at least 1 hour, then serve.
