  • 4 pieces of salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • 12 small tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400g spinach
  • 250ml cream
  • 40g cheese
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried spring onions

Method

    Cut the salmon into 4 pieces, remove the skin, and season with salt and pepper.

    Sear the fish in a heated pan with butter for 2 minutes per side.

    Remove the fish from the pan.

    Add spinach to the pan in portions and cook for 3 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and cook with spinach for another 2 minutes.

    Season with chopped garlic and dried spring onions.
