Method
- Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
- Shape the rolls and make indentations.
- Fill the indentations with a mixture of mascarpone, sugar, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
- Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg and milk.
- Bake the rolls at 180 °C (356 °F) for 25–30 minutes.
